I am a Mom, Personal Trainer, creator of the Radiant Me Community and hopefully your new BFF!Let’s be honest here…being a woman can be tough at times! I’ve experienced it first hand. There are so many changes- physically, emotionally and hormonally. It is a rollercoaster full of peaks and valleys, but it should still be a beautiful and fun ride. And guess what? I want to be on this ride with you!
Helping women be the best version of themselves, and being there to help them through this journey brings me so much happiness and fulfillment. I am so grateful I am able to do what I love, and I have you to thank for that!
