Frozen yogurt is one of my favorite treats in the world, but unfortunately, most store-bought brands are packed with way too much sugar and binding ingredients that can quickly cause tummy troubles.
That’s why I wanted to create my own healthy froyo—a version that my family and I could enjoy anytime, without worrying about eating too much sugar or flooding our bodies with sketchy ingredients.
This recipe is packed with lean-muscle-building protein, skin-restoring collagen, and even omega-3s to support a healthy brain and hormones!
My family and I love this recipe, and I can’t wait for you to try this delicious homemade treat for yourself:
1 peach, cut into small chunks
½ cup blueberries
Large container of plain greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
2 scoops of collagen
1 tbsp. flaxseeds
Mix the Greek yogurt and powdered ingredients together in a bowl.
Add to a pan lined with parchment paper and smooth out.
Add the fruit on top.
Freeze for at least two hours, cut into bars, and enjoy!
