1. Begin by seasoning the steak with dried rosemary, salt, and pepper to your taste. This will infuse the meat with a delightful aroma and rich flavors.
2. Heat up a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, and add the seasoned steak. Cook it for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Ccook the steak to your preferred level of doneness – after all, you're the chef here!
3. While the steak is sizzling away, take a moment to mix all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. The combination of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and honey creates a sweet and tangy dressing that brings the whole salad together.
4. Now, it's time to assemble your masterpiece! In a plate or bowl, mix the Frezee greens, endives, and almonds. Add the cooked steak and fig wedges, then drizzle your homemade dressing on top.
Keep in mind, this salad is quite seasonal, and you might have trouble finding some ingredients depending on the time of year. Don't worry, though; we've got you covered with a few easy modifications: swap out the Frezee greens for spinach or arugula, and use peaches or apples instead of figs.
