I posted a new 16 minute Full Body Workout on our YouTube Channel.
This is a workout class- meaning you can simply press "play", follow along & workout with me the entire time!
Now if you prefer the workout written out for you just keep on reading...
Do each exercise for 50 seconds then reset for 10 seconds.
Repeat the circuit 4 times through for a 16 minutes workout. Feel free to modify the number of circuits to what suits you best. For example: Repeat the circuit 3 times through for a 12min workout, or 6 times through for a 24 min workout.

Butt Kicks

Plank + Shoulder Touches (alternating arms)

Squat Jack ( a mixture of a Jumping Squat & Jumping Jacks)

Bicycle Abs

This workout seems simple but it is quite effective. You will be Sweating & Toning!
